My Number one reason not to fly on Spirit.. They lose your luggage, and pay you shit for it. They have more excuses and reasons not to pay. They are incompetent and inconsiderate, treat you like you are stupid, and use the excuse that this is how they keep fares low. How is that I ask, by hiring idiots, keeping wages low, so they only attract the bottom of the barrel?
